Online store management for brand owners

TCJA Products Ltd builds and hosts online storefronts, processes orders, answers customer enquiries and manages the day-to-day running of retail stores on behalf of brand owners. Every store trades under the client's own company, and sales revenue is settled directly into the client's business account.

What we do

Three areas of work, one monthly fee

Storefront build and hosting

We design and build the storefront, set up the product catalogue and host the site on UK infrastructure with SSL, daily backups and routine maintenance.

Store operations

Orders are processed every working day, product listings and stock levels are kept up to date, and customer enquiries are answered by email and phone during business hours.

Marketing and conversion

We plan and run campaigns, work on the conversion rate of the store, and report on traffic, orders, revenue and returns each month.

How it works

From products to a trading store

1. Proposal

You tell us about your products and goals. We prepare a short written proposal covering storefront scope, management plan and launch date, normally within three working days.

2. Build

We design and build the store, load the catalogue and test the full order journey. You review and approve everything before launch.

3. Launch

The store goes live and trades under your company. Customer payments are processed by your payment provider into your business account.

4. Ongoing management

Our team runs the store day to day. You receive a monthly report and a monthly invoice covering the management fee and the success fee.

Who we work with

Brand owners who need an operator

  • Product brands — manufacturers and private-label owners with a product range but no retail channel of their own.
  • Designers and makers — independent creators who want their products available to buy online without building the operation themselves.
  • Distributors — wholesalers expanding from trade channels into selling direct to consumers online.

Ownership

The client owns the store; we run it

The commercial structure is kept deliberately simple so that both sides' accountants can follow it.

  • Store and data. The storefront, product data, customer records and order history belong to the client, with a full export available on request and on termination.
  • Revenue. Sales revenue settles directly into the client's business account through the client's own payment provider.
  • Our fees. A fixed monthly management fee plus a success fee on completed sales, invoiced monthly and published on our pricing page.
  • Term. Three months initially, then rolling. Thirty days' written notice to end, no exit fees.

What TCJA does not do

  • Hold client funds or take custody of sales revenue
  • Act as a payment institution or process customer payments
  • Take ownership of client inventory
  • Charge fees beyond the published management fee and success fee
Customer payments on managed storefronts are processed by Stripe or a similar provider engaged by the store owner, and settle into that store's own business account. TCJA Products Ltd is not a payment institution and does not hold client funds.
Questions

Common questions

Do I keep ownership of the store and its data?
Yes. The storefront, product data, customer records, order history and analytics belong to you from the start. If the service ends you receive a complete structured export within 14 days.
Where does the money from sales go?
Sales revenue is settled directly into your business account by your payment provider. Our fees are invoiced separately. We do not hold client funds at any point.
How long does a new store take to launch?
Between two and three weeks in most cases: about a week for design and build, a week for catalogue setup and testing, then your final review before launch. Larger catalogues take longer, and we will say so at proposal stage.
What notice is needed to end the service?
After the initial three-month term, either party may end the service with 30 days' written notice. Data handover is included and there are no exit fees.
