How many stores can I connect? +

There is no hard limit. Most clients connect between 2 and 10 stores. Operating at larger scale? Your account manager will help configure it.

Does every store need its own payment account? +

Yes — and that's by design. Each store keeps trading under your company on its own payment account, with revenue settling to your business account exactly as it does today. We consolidate the view and reporting across them; we don't merge or move your accounts.

Do all stores need to be on WooCommerce? +

Storefronts we build and operate are supported natively. Existing stores on WooCommerce connect via our plugin; custom integrations via API are available — speak to your account manager about other platforms.

Can I export a combined report? +

Yes. A single settlement and sales report export covers all connected stores, formatted for Xero, QuickBooks and Sage.
