Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

TCJA PRODUCTS LTD ("TCJA", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16207219), registered office at 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal data in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Who We Are

TCJA Products is a business-operations software and services provider for retail brand owners. We provide a merchant workspace covering accounting integration, account monitoring, invoicing and reporting, and — where engaged — we build, host and operate online storefronts on behalf of our clients. Every storefront we administer trades under the client's own company and connects to the client's own payment account. We are a data controller for the personal data we collect through this website and our workspace platform.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Contact details: name, email address, phone number, business name, website URL
  • Application data: information submitted through our application and contact forms
  • Account data: workspace login details and usage data once you become a client
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically

We do not collect or store your payment account credentials, payment card details, or your customers' payment data. Your payment accounts remain fully under your ownership and control at all times.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal data to:

  • Process applications and set up workspaces and storefront services
  • Operate storefronts on behalf of clients, including handling customer enquiries about orders
  • Provide account monitoring, invoicing, and reporting features
  • Respond to enquiries and provide customer support
  • Manage billing for monthly subscription fees
  • Improve our website and services
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data on the basis of: performance of a contract (providing our workspace and storefront services), legitimate interests (improving our services and responding to enquiries), and consent (where you have opted in to marketing communications).

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted third-party service providers (such as hosting and infrastructure providers) strictly to the extent necessary to operate our services, and only under appropriate data protection agreements. We may also disclose data where required by law.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

7. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Request data portability
  • Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected].

8. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

9. Cookies

Our website may use essential cookies necessary for site functionality. We do not use invasive tracking technologies without your consent.

10. International Transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with UK GDPR requirements.

11. Complaints

If you believe your data protection rights have been breached, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
