Do you charge transaction fees? +

No. TCJA Products does not process payments or take a percentage of your sales. Our revenue comes entirely from a flat monthly subscription for platform access and managed services.

Why isn't pricing listed publicly? +

Plans are tailored to the size and needs of your business. Contact us and we'll recommend the right plan and quote a monthly rate.

Can I cancel anytime? +

Yes, subscriptions are billed monthly with no long-term lock-in. See our Terms of Service for details.

Does upgrading affect my Stripe account? +

No. Regardless of plan, your Stripe account and funds always remain fully yours — we never take custody or processing control.

How does the storefront operations add-on work? +

Storefront projects are scoped individually — design, build and ongoing operations are quoted as a monthly add-on to your subscription. The store trades under your company, checkout runs on your own Stripe account, and sales settle straight into your business bank account.
